上週六學生們學習如何製作蛋黃酥,從揉麵團,再包紅豆餡和鹹蛋黃,再刷上蛋黃,撒上芝麻,送入烤箱,30分鐘後會館香氣四溢,像滿月一般的外皮金黃酥脆,甜蜜蜜的紅豆餡和濃郁的鹹蛋黃,甜鹹的滋味讓人欲罷不能😋
在課堂上,我們不僅品味了美食,還分享了關於中秋節的故事和傳統,這樣的體驗讓學生們更深入理解華人文化。

🥮 In today’s Mandarin class, we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival by creating delicious egg yolk pastries, also known as “mooncakes”! 🥮
Our students learned the art of making mooncakes, from kneading the dough to wrapping red bean paste and salted egg yolks, brushing them with egg wash, sprinkling sesame seeds, and baking them in the oven. After 30 minutes, the entire center was filled with the delightful aroma of freshly baked mooncakes.
Throughout this process, we not only indulged in scrumptious food but also shared stories and traditions related to the Mid-Autumn Festival. Such experiences deepen our understanding of traditional culture.
