📘 Registration & Trial Class｜報名與試聽說明

🔹 One-Time Registration Fee｜註冊費

All students are required to pay a $20 non-refundable registration fee.

This fee covers administrative processing, including enrollment setup, placement guidance, and trial class arrangement.

👉 This fee is required to attend a trial class.

• 📌For New Students

All new students must complete the registration form and pay the $20 registration fee before enrolling or attending a trial class.

• 📌For Returning Students

Students who continue enrolling consecutively do not need to pay the registration fee again.

However, if a student skips one or more semesters, the $20 registration fee will be required again upon re-enrollment.

👉 Example:
A student enrolled in Fall 2025, did not enroll in Spring 2026, and returns in Fall 2026 → the registration fee will apply again.

👉 We encourage continuous enrollment to maintain learning progress and avoid re-registration.

🔹 Trial Class｜試聽課程

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! We offer a trial class so you can experience our teaching style and course format — no pressure.

🔸 How it works

1. Submit the registration form
2. Pay the $20 registration fee
3. Indicate your preferred class

We will arrange one full session (in-person or online, depending on availability).

• 📌Each student is eligible for one trial class only

• 📌Trial class placement is subject to availability

🔹 Placement Guidance｜課程分級建議

To help you choose the most appropriate class level, we provide placement guidance based on your Mandarin learning background and initial class experience.

🔸 How it works

Placement support may include:

• 📌A brief review of your previous Mandarin learning experience
• 📌Self-review using the course e-textbook
• 📌Instructor observation during the first class

Based on this information, our team will recommend a suitable class level.

👉 You may also use the trial class to help confirm whether the level feels right.
👉 If needed, you may switch levels after the first class, subject to availability.
